How we build
A typical G+1 home of about 2,000 sq.ft takes 10 to 14 months. Our engineer checks every stage before the next one begins.

Meet, visit, test
Your needs and budget, a plot visit, document check, survey and soil test.

Design & agreement
Plans, 3D elevation, structural and services drawings. Then a fixed price in writing.

Approvals
GHMC or HMDA permission through the BuildNow portal, with our drawings and certificates.
- 4Stages 7–9
Structure
Foundation, columns, beams and slabs, then walls. Steel checked before every pour.

Services & finishing
Wiring, plumbing, plaster, waterproofing with ponding tests, flooring, paint, fittings.

Handover
Joint snag walk-through, cleaning, keys and as-built drawings.

Meet the engineer
Srinivasa Design & Build is led by a qualified structural engineer. Structural design in ETABS and working drawings in Revit and AutoCAD are done in-house — so the person who designs your structure is the person you talk to.

Bala Krishna has spent eight years designing building structures, working on projects in several cities to learn how different teams plan, detail and build. He has also worked as a structural consultant for engineering companies in Ireland. That experience shapes how we build: careful design, complete drawings and clear checks at every stage.
